I lost / did not receive my TSG Web Course Registration and Login Instructions.

Contact the Risk Manager at your facility who will be able to resend the information to you, or click on the 'Forgot Password' utility located on the login page.

Why do I need to register?
A

The registration process accomplishes several things.

  • Validates that you are a member of the system.
  • Directs you to the proper courses you have been enrolled in.
  • Allows you to select your own User Name and Password, making it easier for you to remember them.

Do I have to register every time I want to login?
A
No, once you have registered for your course(s), all you need to do is click on 'Course Login' and enter your User Name and Password. The only exception is if your organization purchases additional courses.

How do I register?
A
  1. Click on the 'Course Login' tab, located on the top menu.
  2. Select 'Course Login'.
  3. Click on the 'Course Registration' link.
  4. Look at your 'TSG Web Course Registration and Login Instructions'.
  5. Find the 'User Registration Information and Login Instructions' section.
  6. Enter your First Name exactly as it is written on the instructions.
  7. Enter your Last Name exactly as it is written on the instructions.
  8. Enter your ID-Code exactly as it is written on the instructions.
  9. Click the 'Login' button.
  10. The registration page will appear.
  11. Create a User Name - Letters and numbers only, minimum of 6 characters.
  12. Create a password - Letters and numbers only, minimum 6 characters.
  13. Re-type your password for verification purposes.
  14. Enter your E-mail Address.
  15. The next few lines are optional.
  16. Click on the Register button. The 'You have Successfully Completed the Registration' page will appear. Click the 'To Login, Click here' hyperlink.
  17. Next, the Login Page appears.
  18. Enter the User Name you just created.
  19. Enter the Password you just created.
  20. Click the Login button.

Do I need to remember my ID-Code?
A
No, once you have successfully registered, you will not need to remember your ID-Code. The only thing you need to remember is your User Name and Password.

What is a User Name?
A
A User Name is a combination of numbers and / or characters, minimum of 6 characters in length.
Example: jsmith OR mfox123 OR bigbird.
Do not include spaces or any special characters.

Are there any requirements for my Password?
A
Like the User Name, the Password must be at least 6 characters long and contain only numbers and letters. No special characters. The passwords are not case sensitive. It is a good idea to pick something that is not easily guessed by someone else.

How do I login?
A
  1. Click on the 'Course Login' tab, located on the top menu.
  2. Select 'Course Login'.
  3. Click on the 'Course Login' link.
  4. Enter your User name and Password.

What if I forget my User Name or Password?
A
  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on the 'Forgot Password' hyperlink.
  3. You can either select to have the information emailed to you, or you can change your password by answering the password hint questions correctly.

Can I Log Out from a course and return later to continue?
A
You are permitted to log out of all courses. Once you log back in you will be able to continue where you left off.

How do I log back in once I have exited the course?
A
  1. Click on the 'Course Login' tab, located on the top menu.
  2. Select 'Course Login'.
  3. Click on the 'Course Login' link.
  4. Enter your User name and Password.
  5. Click on the 'My Curriculum - Begin Taking Courses' tab.
  6. Click on the name of the course.
  7. You will be given an option to Continue where you left off or Return to the Table of Contents if you wish to revisit the previous chapters.

When I log back in to a course I have started and revisit a lesson I already completed, the questions no longer appear.

Once a question has been answered it is no longer available for review.

Our Courses were designed to be viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater and run in a resolution of 800 x 600. View in another browser or at a different resolution may cause some misalignment.
