3.  Interstate Validity of Advanced Directives.

Generally, courts will uphold the intent of living will executed in other states. For example, in Zodin v. Manor, (No. 90082007, Cop County (GA) Superior Court, Nov. 2, 1990), a Georgia court authorized the withdrawal of life supports from a patient in a persistent vegetative state based upon a living will she executed in Texas.
